Music by Robert Reale
Book and Lyrics by Willie Reale
Part vaudeville, part make believe, all charm — A Year With Frog And Toad is an inventive, joyful, and enchanting experience for the whole family. Based on the books by Arnold Lobel, this whimsical musical featuring a jazzy, upbeat score follows two great friends — the cheerful, popular Frog and the curmudgeonly Toad — through four, fun-filled seasons. Waking from hibernation into the spring, Frog and Toad plant gardens, swim, rake leaves, and go sledding. Meeting new friends and learning life lessons along the way, the besties celebrate and rejoice in their differences that make them unique and special, revelling in a friendship that endures, weathering all seasons.
