Ovations Offstage Director of Community Engagement
Portland Ovations seeks an experienced, passionate and creative, outcomes-oriented leader for its Ovations Offstage (O2) Director of Community Engagement. With responsibility for directing and managing all Ovations’ activity that happens beyond the concert stage, the O2 Director of Community Engagement champions the vision and drives program expansion for Ovations Offstage in accordance with Ovations’ strategic plan O2020 and O2’s guiding Three Pillars. Responsibilities span from strategic expansion to program design and execution to partnership development and department-related development activity. The Director of Community Engagement oversees the O2 School Programs Manager and collaborates closely with the Programming Manager to cohesively realize the execution of Ovations’ programs onstage and off. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of three years leadership experience in similar position(s) and demonstrate a commitment to working with diverse communities. This is a full-time position with benefits. Weekend and evening hours required. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Portland Ovations is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
