Overview
Join Ovations Offstage for an in-depth look at an art form, artist, or performance theme. Drawing from a local roster of scholars and practitioners, these presentations contextualize the performance and bring new meaning to the main event.
The 2026-27 Chamber pre-performance lectures are curated by George Lopez, Beckwith Artist-in-Residence & Director of the Bowdoin Orchestra.
- From Ordinary Things, with Seth Parker Woods, Ariadne Greif, and Conor Hannick, February 21
- Beethoven & Correia, with Shai Wosner, Stella Chen, Brannon Cho, and Matthew Lipman, April 27
Unless otherwise noted, lectures will be held in person, directly preceding the performance.
