Black Betty’s Bistro, Niyat Catering, Hellenic Kitchen, Thai Tree, Empanada Club and Eighty8 Donuts provide gourmet fare. Finn Gerring (He/him) is a sensual and sultry Drag King who’s not afraid to show some abs. With over two decades of technical dance training, Finn will choreograph his way into your pants… I mean heart! Finn sees dance and performing as a way to gather, laugh, and chase joy. After working with dance companies in NYC and Atlanta, GA, Finn returned to Maine, embraced his gender-fluid plus-size Goddessy nature, and embarked on creating his own KingDom! When he’s not teaching dance or performing, you can find Finn nerding out about consent-based sex ed, jumping into the icy waters of the Maine ocean year-round, or occassionally eating cereal for dinner.
Gina and the Red Eye Flight Crew When Boston-based vocalist Gina Alibrio moved to Portland, Maine, she joined forces with members of Rustic Overtones, Jaw Gems, Sister Sparrow & the Dirty Birds and Model Airplane to form “Gina And The Red Eye Flight Crew.”
Alibrio’s vocals have been compared to the blues comprehension of Susan Tedeschi with a knack for songwriting aligned with the likes of a young Christine McVie. The energetic nine-piece collective tackles originals with a flair for the funky and seasoned professionalism.
Portland Youth Dance is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization serving the greater Portland, Maine community by providing a pre-professional dance company and outreach programs for kids and teens. Portland Youth Dance Company & Crew: PYD promotes creative excellence by providing diverse educational, volunteer, and performance opportunities for youth in the greater Portland area.
