ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE
Culture, music and theater collide in bite size virtual experiences crafted by world-renowned educator and performer Paige Hernandez. Paige and Friends! includes some of Paige’s favorite artistic collaborators as they discuss creativity and dreams for the future.  Paige and Friends! features the mindful and authentic hip hop aesthetic that Paige and her company, B-FLY ENTERTAINMENT are known for.

Viewers can expect 3 25-minute episodes of ten-minute plays, dance parties, sing alongs and more! (Suggested for ages 5 and up.)

Episode One: In this episode, Paige and her friends explore creativity and trying new things with a fun game, a ten-minute play and a Latin music dance party.

Episode Two: In this episode, Paige and her friends explore dreams for the future with a thoughtful discussion, original monologues and a jazz dance party.

Episode 3: – In this episode, Paige and her friends explore collaboration and self-care with a sing along, original song and a hip-hop dance party.

This work was co-commissioned by B-Fly Entertainment, LLC and The National Theatre and was first presented by The National Theatre during the pandemic of 2020.
