WHAT TO WEAR
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for a free range of motion and carry in your dance shoes or sneakers. Shoes worn outdoors are not permitted in the studios.
PARKING
Casco Bay Movers is located at 517 Forest Avenue in Portland. There is no dedicated parking, but most dancers are able to find on-street parking in closer proximity to the studio. Common streets for parking are Forest Avenue, Belmont, Ashmont, Noyes, and Dartmouth streets. Be mindful of 1-2 hour parking signs in some of these areas, and do not park in the Bow Street Market parking lot as they might tow. Read more about parking.

About Portland Youth Dance
Portland Youth Dance Company, originally named Upbeat Feet Dance Company, was established in 1998 by Sheila Bellefleur, Melissa Cloutier, and Laurie Chaisson of Casco Bay Movers Dance Studio in Portland, Maine. It was created as an alternative to the competitive dance landscape. Young teens are given opportunities in performing, creating choreography, and sharing this enriching and diverse experience with others.
