Get ready to go back in time on a prehistoric adventure! Dig Up! A Dinosaur Expedition is an immersive, interactive theatrical experience designed for children ages 3-10 and their families. Explore the work of geologists and paleontologists through a series of hands-on activity stations. Then, embark on an imaginative underground journey that catapults you back to the age of the dinosaurs – all taking place inside a 25-foot inflatable dome with 360-degree projections, original music, and puppetry!
Brought to you by the interactive theatre company STEMmersive, Dig Up! is an experience that aims to increase the visibility of women in earth sciences, while also emphasizing the importance of conservation and issues relevant to the local community.

Does my child need a ticket? All patrons, including infants, must have a ticket to enter the venue. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian and must have a ticket for a seat adjacent to the adult. Babies under the age of 1 may attend for free and sit in their parent’s lap, but require a complimentary ticket to enter the venue. This may vary by event. Please contact PortTIX with questions.
This performance takes place inside an inflatable dome. The dome is wheelchair accessible, and chairs can be placed inside for anyone who needs it. All other seats inside the dome are cushions placed on the floor.
