Merrill Auditorium
Reserved handicapped parking is located on both sides of Myrtle Street for patrons with a valid permit. Additional parking is located on Congress Street, in front of City Hall. These spaces are in demand, so we suggest you arrive early to ensure availability. Parking meters are in effect from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Sundays and city holidays are free.
Public Parking is available at “Central Parking Services” on the corner of Congress and Pearl Street (this lot offers some accessible parking spaces) and at the “Top of the Old Port” on Pearl Street (your 1st right off of Congress). Other nearby garages include the Arts District Parking Garage at 511 Congress Street and the Spring Street Parking Garage at 45 Spring Street both offering hourly parking.
Westbrook Performing Arts Center
Accessible parking spaces are available in the parking lot in front of each entrance for patrons with a valid permit.
Westbrook Performing Arts Center is located inside the Westbrook Middle School at 471 Stroudwater Street. There is limited parking available at the Westbrook Middle School so we strongly recommend carpooling when possible. Overflow parking is available at the Animal Refuge League next door to the venue.
Hannaford Hall and the Crewe Center for Performing Arts at USM, Portland
Hannaford Hall is located within the Abromson Community Education Center at the University of Southern Maine at 88 Bedford Street in Portland. There is an attached parking garage. Accessible parking spaces are available on all levels of the garage with a valid permit. The parking garage may have an hourly parking cost depending on the performance, ticket holders will be notified of parking fees before the performance.
State Theatre
There is no designated parking at the State Theatre. There is ample street parking in the neighborhood around the venue. Parking meters are in effect from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Sundays and city holidays are free. Nearby parking is available at the SP+ Garage (181 High St next to the Westin Harborview Hotel) and the Spring Street Garage (45 Spring St).
Patrons can be dropped off at the main entrance to the venue, located at 609 Congress St.
First Parish Church
First Parish is located in downtown Portland, nestled between Monument Square and Merrill Auditorium. There is metered parking in the blocks surrounding the church and several parking garages nearby at Elm Street (21 Elm St), Monument Square (53 Brown St), Temple Street (11 Temple St), and the Public Market (315 Cumberland Ave). There are also a few dedicated accessible parking spaces near the church gates. Parking meters are in effect from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Sundays and city holidays are free.
Patrons can be dropped off at the rear entrance of the building off of Chestnut St, in the courtyard shared with Portland High School. Parking near that entrance is for First Parish Staff only.
Maine Jewish Museum
The Maine Jewish Museum is located at 267 Congress Street and does not have any dedicated parking. The parking lot adjacent to the Museum at 263 Congress Street is private property and no Museum parking is allowed; drop off and accessible entrance are off of this lot. Free on-street parking is available on adjacent neighborhood streets – please note signs carefully! Parking meters are in effect from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Sundays and city holidays are free.
Mechanics' Hall
There is no designated parking at Mechanics’ Hall. There is street parking in the neighborhood around the venue, though it may be limited at certain times of day. The Arts District Garage (511 Congress St) is the preferred parking partner for Mechanics’ Hall. Patrons are advised to use the second entrance Casco Street directly behind the building. Additional parking options are detailed on the Mechanics’ Hall website.
Patrons can be dropped off at the main entrance to the venue, located at 519 Congress Street.
