Dear Patrons,

On October 15^th we announced that Portland Ovations would not be able to reschedule Liza Minnelli’s concert at Merrill Auditorium. Ovations was hopeful for a November 1^st reschedule date, but Ms. Minnelli is recovering from Bronchial Pneumonia and remains unable to perform.

Portland Ovations has been communicating the cancelation directly to ticket buyers via email, direct mail, and on this webpage, but is aware that there are still some remaining ticket holders out there. Ovations and PortTix have had set a deadline of November 30^th for all exchanges and refunds. This is for accounting purposes in advance of the conclusion of the tax year. If you or someone you know is holding tickets and has not yet done so, please contact PortTix at 207.842.0800 and choose from one of three options:

1.     You may exchange your ticket(s) for a ticket(s) to another performance within Ovations’ current season.
2.     You may turn in your ticket(s) as a tax deductible donation to Portland Ovations.
3.     You may seek a refund from PortTix for the value of the ticket(s) you purchased.

You may also visit PortTix in person in the Merrill Auditorium lobby located at 20 Myrtle Street in Portland.

Please note that PortTix can refund charges to your credit card if you paid by credit card, but PortTix does not keep credit card numbers on file for your security, so it will be necessary for you to contact them with the information (it is not necessary to contact your credit card company).

Ovations would like to thank our patrons for their patience and continued support throughout this unfortunate situation. We will certainly consider scheduling Ms. Minnelli in future seasons. In the meantime, we wish her a speedy recovery.
